The Rising W Ranch is located in Salado, Texas (about 50 miles north of Austin).
We breed high-quality registered Black Angus cattle, with the genetics to produce calves with low birth weights. Our animals are pasture kept. We make a point of working with the cattle frequently to ensure they are used to human contact, thus providing animals that are gentle and easy to work - in the pasture, pen, or chute. We presently have several breeding quality animals available for sale by private treaty.
